First cycle ever, input needed

New member here, been checking out using a cycle to build up bulk and strength. After many, many hours of research and talking with some experienced friends im going to try what they call a beginners stack of Decca Durabolin 200 mg a week, Dianabol 20 mg (oral ) 10 mgx2 daily and 500 mgs test week. Its a twelve week cycle of decca and test with the d bol the first 6 weeks. Theres supposed to be a huge gain in size and strength during this cycle but im not sure if its safe, if its the correct dosage and the real confusing part is the post cycle aspect. Im looking for help here and any input would be greatly appreciated. I need to put on some size but not at the expense of my health. Im in my mid 40's 6 feet, 165 lbs @ 3% bf. im a firefighter and im in excellent health with regular blood work and health accessments to ensure that. I hit the weights 5 to 6 days a week and do a fair amount of cardio. Im seriously interested in boosting my strength and performance but want to do it right.

    etenn 48 I would'nt personally do that long period of Deca but hey im just a novice. If your in good shape already then just change your diet, you can even jump on the Sustenon 250 with Deca @ 2ml (1ml of each) a week for six weeks then you would see a big difference in yourself, you can even do it twice a week. The thing is with this stuff you need to do a PCT course after as your body shuts down the natural production of testosterone because it dont need to produce it no more because your body notices that your getting a shit load from else where, I bet no one told you that?? people think you can just take this, get big and thats it, but if not done the correct way then you can mess your manhood up. I injured myself when i was on it and when i came of it i didnt do PCT after,now my labido is well messed up so i was asking some of the more experienced people on here to advise me.     Ive reached the maximum I can attain using diet, at this point the only way to get the extra mass I need is to supplement. Im in complete agreement on not doing it incorrectly, thats why im on here seeking more advice and input to ensure I dont. PCT is a major concern of mine and is the primary factor in not just jumping into it. You mentioned Sustenon 250 and Decca @ one ml a week but no dosage? Is that Decca @ 100mg per ml? I have to admit that 12 weeks on Decca did seem a little excessive to me too so once again im going to continue my research and hope to obtain more knowledge from the users on this site. Thank you for sharing your experience and it's greatly appreciated.
