First cycle ever, input needed

New member here, been checking out using a cycle to build up bulk and strength. After many, many hours of research and talking with some experienced friends im going to try what they call a beginners stack of Decca Durabolin 200 mg a week, Dianabol 20 mg (oral ) 10 mgx2 daily and 500 mgs test week. Its a twelve week cycle of decca and test with the d bol the first 6 weeks. Theres supposed to be a huge gain in size and strength during this cycle but im not sure if its safe, if its the correct dosage and the real confusing part is the post cycle aspect. Im looking for help here and any input would be greatly appreciated. I need to put on some size but not at the expense of my health. Im in my mid 40's 6 feet, 165 lbs @ 3% bf. im a firefighter and im in excellent health with regular blood work and health accessments to ensure that. I hit the weights 5 to 6 days a week and do a fair amount of cardio. Im seriously interested in boosting my strength and performance but want to do it right.
