Need advice,im 41, im doing 400 mg of cyponiate a week, just started. they gave me for low test but doubling dose to build muscle. I saw that 200 2x per week was the way to go, like weds and sat. I would like to know if I should take any supps with this like creatine or anything other than the usually protein to help advance and keep gains.. iwas thinking of 12 to 16 weeks with this
