    I prefer fasting glucose to be between 93-100 so long as there is intact gluconeogenesis and minimal insulin resistance.

    Testosterone cypionate at 100 mg a week should result in good trough levels of testosterone - around 650 ng/dL. If it is less, then perhaps the half-life of testosterone cypionate is short and a dose adjustment needs to be done.

    As far as I know, there is no specific diet for patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD, e.g. Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease) that is going to be a therapeutic and effective in treating the disease. In general, I don't tell my patients to avoid Legumes.
