Everything is going as it should, I continues to keep cals around 2000, carbs under 200, protein over 200 and moderate fats. morning fasting cardio, and high volume training in the pm. 2-3 lbs as expected a week I continue to loose. I expect to plateau soon, I'll make adjustments at that time. Cuts are starting to show, I'm motivated. I'll post weight when In get off this fucking bike.
