I'm 218 and hopefully holding 8-10 lbs of H2O. I can shed that within the next 7 days, I hope.
Going to cut out my carbs for the next few weeks and see how it goes.

Breaking 200 lbs is going to be huge success for me. Please GOD, give me the strength to stay consistent.
