Some have suggested before to wait to until a hint of abs is shown before I increase my test and start winstrol.
What if I wanted to do the cycle to get me to the point of seeing abs instead and stop my cut at that point?
I'm really not wanting to be shredded this year. I would be happy to catch the tail end of summer at 15% bf and spend the next 6 months bulking with minimal fat gain to go on a cut again leading into next summer with goals of getting under 15% bf on that round. From what I have read the winn with proper nutrition will speed up my resluts but I am conflicted with all the info I see and hear.
Kinda lost on nutrition when on the cycle too, do I increase calories or should they remain the same as I have been doing and seeing results.
