test enth,decca and androl cycle pct

ok guys this is my next cycle
400mg decca pw
500mg test pw
100mg androl per day
ive been training for 6 year now this is my 5th cycle and can never seem to keep much weight due to bad pct i think.so could someone give me a bit advice setting up pct before i start my cycle.
stats
training 6 year ,170lbs,5ft8,12% bodyfat
