What up guys ...Question for people who lift alone and like it ? I have lifted by myself before but dont like it I feel like am not lifting as hard when am ridin solo feels like I take to long in between sets and lifting too light . I have a workout partner but he just went to jail crazy story lol....... But my question to the people who are ridin solo in the gym killing it how do you keep the workout hard and the weights heavy . ( Question is how do you get the same hardcore workout solo ...
Am new to the the group been reading alot of your posts and think alot of you guys have your diet dailed in better then me any help would be great . I have been working out on and off with and with out gear for 10 years am 36 6 feet tall 222 pounds .. I really havnt had a body fat test done. am thinking am like 12 to 14 just a guess ..
