Life so far and training.

My Weight training started in High School. Playing JV and Varsity football at a small rural school the coaches taught us all the fundamentals. I guess I was 14 or so when I started to pay attention and actually enjoyed lifting. I spent the next few years going through spurts of lifting and eating everything in site I was about 165 in 11th grade, I am not sure about my senior years, 175 or so. I was 18. I spent the next few years playing in gyms when I was single and blowing it off when not. Diet was something I NEVER thought about, I was working manual labor and fat, but very strong if I do say so. It was only in my middle 20s that I really began to take lifting seriously, spend time on the Internet and learn about diet, cardio, and proper weight training.
Been on the wagon and off the wagon ever since. I jumped off the rails pretty bad when I got married and am working to get back to a fitness, size, and strength level I am happy with. I have taken all the standard stuff: creatine, multis, glut, bcaa's, pro-hormones, and all of that. DIET was and is always the most important! I really enjoy lifting and fitness for a lot of different reasons now and will probably continue till I am 6 feet deep.
