which is good for fat loss and muscle gain?
hey guys, well im 28 yrs old and in pretty good shape considering.. i have always been in good shape when i was young i got married for the last 9 yrs and got lazy. I started trainig again about 8 months ago or so and started at 328lb,and i got down to 235 lbs in 4-5 months,i worked out 6 times a week 2hrs in the morning and 3 hours in the evening,cardio in the morning and weight train in the evening.i lost alot a weight really fast iwas takin hydroxy cut hardcore and eating 6 times ...
