newb.needing some advice please..

hey guys, well im 28 yrs old and in pretty good shape considering..
i have always been in good shape when i was young i got married for the last 9 yrs and got lazy. I started trainig again about 8 months ago or so and started at 328lb,and i got down to 235 lbs in 4-5 months,i worked out 6 times a week 2hrs in the morning and 3 hours in the evening,cardio in the morning and weight train in the evening.i lost alot a weight really fast iwas takin hydroxy cut hardcore and eating 6 times daily alot of whey protien shakes ect..ive alays been a big guy and i lost so much so fast i hadd alot of skin,so i put 25lbs back on and am sittin around 255-260,but ive ben weight traing hard im stronger now than ever..
i want to be about 235 but muscle what can i do to burn fat and insure i dont burn muscle? clen-test? i havent takin the hydroxy cut in 3 months,if i do i know i will drop the weight ,thought about stakin it with clen?
i like the size and i wanna take what i already have and make it much better please help..
