I have decided to go on it and studying about it for the last few weeks.

I am curious , are there any older guys like me : 42yr, 135lb very skinny all my life(hard gainer-or a no gainer i should say); 5"7 ish. been hitting jym for a while on and off in the last 10 years. can't get any gains from various protine shakes and related diets.

Any ways any success at this age??
Has any one used medistar, are they legit safe and secure. WOULD APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH FOR ANY ADVICE AND SOURCE REF.
