I just made a twenty pound jump in almost all my lifts. Even more than that in squats. Loving the power. Its like nothing feels heavy after Ive lifted it once ive already done that drill and go back to it the next time im suppose to work that muscle group. Diet is getting easier to figure out. Eating about 6 meals a day. Today i plan on 7. Really, eating healthy is way more easy than I imagined it. Of course all the food starts to taste the same over time and everything but i guess its part of the game.

The ****ing digital scale at my gym sits on the concrete but that thing is goofy as ****. I dont like using it (my scale at home broke). I get on that thing in shorts, no shoes, no shirt and it says 215.6 and i think... Nah. No way. So i step off, turn it off, turn it back on, let it calibrate all over again and step on. 214.5. I guess one pound is not a major discrepency. This weight was taken at about 6pm so it wont be as accurate as weighing in in the morning at my house on my digital scale but its all I have to use right now. But to anyone reading this...we all know Ill say i weigh 215 to anyone who asks. Haha biggest number first. Trying to keep up on water, and i intake almost no sodium as to avoid in bloat in the face and trunk. This fool at my gym, he is on gear and idk what it is but his arms are ALWAYS beat red. Like he got perpetually sunburned with crimson red skin. Looks ridiculous. And his face is always sooo bloated. Hes one of those leg press, leg curls, no squating types. Faggot.

Injection #4 today and used up my first vial of EQ. It was PERFECTLY measured. Ran out at EXACTLY the right amount. 5 more 5ml vials of EQ and 6ml left in my first test vial, 2 more full ones after that. Let it be said, injecting into sore glutes....Feels so ****ing weird.
