I know that with the first Sust Cycle it can be painful and there is swelling. I am into my second week of 250 twice a week. This is my first cycle. Legit from a friend who had great success with it. Hit the right glute on a Sat. Left on a Tues. Very dam sore. But normal I guess. Right side was feeling almost back to normal on the following sat and I pinned again. Come Monday, 2 days later. I could feel severe p[ain and tightness in back. Noticed then my lower back was pretty swollen. Today is Weds. So its been like this for 2 days. My friend never had this happened. Wondered if anyone has had this happen. I am tempted to go get it checked out but dont want to jump the gun. Followed all proper procedure and using my wifes steady hand. Over 2 min to get it all in. With a good deep massage. Thanks fellas.
