i was 130 kgs 2 years back when I started gyming , now I've lost 39 kgs & am on 91 kgs.
my height is 5'8" .
Weight :91 kgs
waist : 37"
biceps : 17"
chest : 46"
my problem now is that i work out every day for 2 hrs but no change is happening , my trainer suggested me to shift on steroids to achieve desired results but I feel he also does not know properly .
please guide me through the cycles, The cycle sugested to me is t3,clen, winny,test,primobolan.
