looking to burn more fat and bulk up...

i have been dieting and exercising for little over 4 months now,i have lost some weight and wanting to lose more and also bulk up some...i am currently at 300lbs 5'11 33 yrs old...would like some advice on something i can use to help me out,i am in the gym atleast 2hrs a day 6 days week sometimes 7days also very active in my job..a guy i work with and also work out some suggested dnp but i researched it and im not so sure about that i dont have a problem using steroids but wanting to do it in a safe way if possible any help or suggestions would be appreciated thanks

    I think first of all, you have to prioritize your diet - losing fat while bulking up is very difficult but not impossible. You need to eat frequently, more on proteins and veggies and take a lot of protein powders (this is for the bulking) but you have to limit your carbs (this is for the fat loss). This is where it gets tricky - you shouldnt consume more carbs than u you need to get thru your workout, but you also need to choose your carbs and consume some for the energy for your intense workouts. Second, I suggest you get a good cardio workoutplan (or better yet strength cardio) this is to increase your metabolism to help with the fat loss and maintain muscle mass. Third and as a last resort, you can use fat burners. If you are interested on fat burners let me know bec there are different kinds and some works more for others. There is also a cycling protocol to maximize the effectiveness and minimize side effects. Hope this helps

    well i apologize i meant to say id like to lose another 50+ lbs then concentrate on bulking up some,i have been watching carbs good and some protein powder.im working with trainer and stepping up my workout. i am interested in fat burners for awhile,whats your suggestion and also cycle? had some friends suggest hydroxycut hardcore

    no worries. first off, there are basically 2 types of fat burners - no stimulant/low stimulant and hi-stimulant. low stimulant FBs are the ones that just help you control your insulin levels and may or may not contain diuretics whereas hi-stims have those plus caffeine and other stuff that makes you sweat and hyperactive. Bottomline is, if you are sensitive to stimulants you might want to be careful in taking the hi-stim type of FB, or just use small doses. Personally I am sensitive to stimulants that is why i only take half of the recommended doses, with good effect. And if you are sensitive to stimulants, you might want to take more of the low stim type of FB, that is what I use most of the time, it controls my insulin levels quite well when i eat a lot of carbs or feel my sugar levels are too high for fat loss. As to the cycle - here is what I do on a fat loss phase : I take 1-2 tablets of low stim FBs (ex Universal Fat Burners) and I take high stim FBs (OxyElite Pro) only 1x a week on an off day probably or on a heavy workout where I consume an unusually high level of carbs. If you cycle it this way this should be safe. But again, we have different body types and genetics so see what works for you. Now regarding Hydroxycut Hardcore - its a high stim FB, read the label and you will see it has a lot of blends that are caffeine in nature. If you take this in the recommended dose, this will make you sweat a lot, make you "awake"..and if you are senstive to stims like me, you will be a bit jumpy and have a hard time sleeping. I tried Hydroxycut, its a good product, but I discontinued it because I couldnt sleep so well, and I found a much better suited prodcut for myself - whcih is OxyElite Pro. But it is a good product, and I lost weight off of it. If you want more info let me know or if you have more questions. Hope this helps and good luck with your bulking up and fats loss

    well good news i finally got under the 300lb wieght mark...and brawnysmart like you said the hydroxycut has made me sweat alot!!! but other than that i have done good on them,i did order some oxy elite pro i am going to try that on my next cycle.but all in all so far so good. also have any suggestions on good powders? i been using amp whey protein powder i got from a local store its ok just wondered if there was something better or more effective..thanks for all you info much appreciated
