I am an older man, 56 yrs. I have lifted most of my life. From active sports my sholders ache constantly. I was planning on shots of Deca and Tes Enan. I am 6'2- 255lbs. can anyone recommend dosages. I am not looking to build, allthough it would not be to bad if I gained some size. Thanks in advance, Rapper
