Im new to this soo, when i signed up it said i was able to get a FREE bottle of anabolic steroids but it hasn't said anything about it after i signed up.. what do i do?

First blog post is always the most difficult I feel lol, but its better to write it all out and get er done than letting yourself get frustrated. I had no idea that a community like this existed until recently, and i wish i knew a long time ago so i could be well on my way to having the knowledge I need to do this properly when the time comes. please can you tell me ...what dosage should i start with ....for how many weeks.....and is there anything which i need to use with ANADROL.....should i lift heavy weights wid ANADROL......AND What about DIET................

Hi there,
I'm a 37 year old female.
My weight is 130, my bmi is 23, my body fat is 33%

I strength train 4 days a week and do 150 minutes of cardio per week. My diet is low Carb, low fat, high protein, & high fiber. I consume 1200-1400 calories daily.
I would like to lose body fat and was wondering if a few cycles of anavar will help.
Will anavar make me more lean?
Will I get some definition?
Any suggestions?
