Hi All, Currently 24 years of age. Have been gyming since i was 18 on and off but really took it seriously since last year May 2010 diet/training wise. In May 2010 i was 78kg and currently i weigh in at 88kg. I think most of the mass has gone to my legs (they have grown tremendously) and a bit to my gut/ass. Sitting on about 14-15% body fat. Dont take any protein shakes, just fish oil tablets and multi vitamins. Current diet looks like: Mon - Fri: 6.30 oats 9.30 ...
