ANAVAR ONLY CYCLE- Few Questions

Hi All,
Currently 24 years of age. Have been gyming since i was 18 on and off but really took it seriously since last year May 2010 diet/training wise. In May 2010 i was 78kg and currently i weigh in at 88kg. I think most of the mass has gone to my legs (they have grown tremendously) and a bit to my gut/ass. Sitting on about 14-15% body fat. Dont take any protein shakes, just fish oil tablets and multi vitamins. Current diet looks like:
Mon - Fri:
6.30 oats
9.30 chicken and brocoli (150gm) (sometimes i add rice)
12.30 chicken and brocoli (150gm) (sometimes i add rice)
3.30 chicken and brocoli (150gm) (sometimes i add rice)
6 anything small snack i can get my hands on at home
7-8 gym
8.30 tuna (150gm) with a bit of greek yoghurt to go down a little easier
drink about 2-3 litres of water a day
sat - sun diet isnt as strict and i eat whatever
Thinking about doing a cycle and have read numerous threads, articles etc. At the moment im thinking of doing a VAR only cycle. 50mg p/d for 8 weeks. I will take milk thistle whilst on it and clomid/nolv as PCT for 2 weeks.
My target is to get to about 8-9% body fat and put on about 1-2kg of lean muscle.
Would like to know if maintaining the same diet (minus the rice) on such a cycle provide me with the results i have mentioned above? i currently dont do any cardio but will do cardio 4 times a week during the cycle at 45 minute internals (speed 5.5 inclide 5).
Has anyone done var only before? should i take anything else with my cycle? reminder I DONT WANT TO BE A BODYBUILDER, therefore, I DONT WANT 5KG+ GAINS so i dont want to hear anything about DBOL etc.
