Day 10 - Strong coffee needed

Good morning or is it afternoon,
My morning consists of getting out of bed, walking into the kitchen and hitting the power switch to the coffee maker, filling up 1L of water and downing my morning pills. Vitamins, 200mg caffeine, Magnesium, and Clenbuterol. Normally I would start waking up after about 20-30 minutes but this morning not even standing on the elliptical pushing 165 bpm/min got me to a completely woken state. Not sure what the heck happened but tired is not a word enough to describe my zombie state this morning. I did complete my Cardio as planned and got Daughter and Wife ready for their day. As the day progressed I was feeling a lot better and at noon I was back in the gym for Triceps and Biceps workout. That one felt damn good today and I am sure happy I am seem to be on a sustainable path in terms of food and progression.
Half a week to go and then we shall see the numbers, excited I am
