Day 23 - Same food but different order

Dear reader,
I realize that creating a blog and updating it will generate less views than a traditional forum post but this format fits me better. After struggling to stay on point during night-time (18.00 - 22.00) where I am feeling very hungry (Still did not cheat) I have moved my diet around a bit. Same food but eating less during the day and more at night. I simply find it easier to eat less during the days when I am busy with work and such things than at night when I mostly sit around and entertain my daughter. In order to do this I simply cut my food during my first 4 feedings in half and moved that to my 18.30 and 21.00 feedings. Being as anal about this as I am I have an alarm that goes off each time I need to eat. Seems to be the best way for me to do this. By doing this I am hoping to be able to go to bed with a pretty full stomach and not start eating on my wife's arm in the middle of the night.
Todays workout were Legs and as always this is my favorite one of the week and once again I felt super strong. I think this is a "leftover feeling" from the Carb-up Sunday which have given me some extra energy.
