Day 109 - Day off, refocusing

Had a complete breakdown in my pursuit for the magical 10% body fat goal. I can not attribute this to anything else than weakness and diet fatigue I believe. I decided to take Sunday and Monday off to refocus and make a last push which should last about 16 - 23 (Thanksgiving is in there) days and if I am correct this is all that should be needed. I will run my Extreme Keto diet one more time as it was so successful the last time. This time the experiment will be much more accurate as it will last a bit longer. I have modified the food during the Keto Extreme a bit as the amount of butter I ate made me almost sick. This is what it will look like.

Well, that's it! I think needing to change things is needed for my type of personality as I get very bored easily and playing around with the diet seems to be my way of making it through!
