An honest journey

Hi guys,

With daughter and wife on Christmas break staying on par with what I am suppose to eat will be virtually impossible. It will also be hard to spend anytime here documenting what is happening. I do not see this as a setback but simply part of life. Not every single week will fit neatly into my schedule and this one I am happy to give up. Seeing the excitement of my daughters anticipation of Santa is something I will never forget and I'll gladly give away a few pound of fat for that one.
