Dear reader,
Thank you for following my blog. Here are my daily totals during my semi-cutting LOW-CARB event known as "Trophy Husband Edition". I am eating at maintenance with as low-carbs as possible to see how this effects my weight.
Note: Moving from high-carb to a low-carb almost no-sugar diet have become very easy. It seems my brain can literally (after some training with it) move back and forth with ease. This make this stuff a lot easier!
