winstrol and tren stack

Hey I am 5ft 6in and weigh 180 with 16% body fat. I want to get lean and gain extreme strength. I was thinking about taking a cycle of tren and winstrol. Or taking Anavar instead. What do you think would be a good first cycle? I have a strict workout program and a strict diet.
