Anavar-Test Cyp -Npp Stack

Hi looking for some guidence.
I have been a Junior Hockey Player for years, and that is where I got most of my weight training and Plyometrics training experience. I have done 2 Cycles in the past 1 at 17 Years old and another at 22 Years old both being Test Cyp.
Stats are
28 Years Old
222 Lbs 12% BF
6' 0" tall
Training 6 Days a week, 4 Weight Lifting, 2 Plyometrics, 1 Day off.
Diet
BF 12 Egg Whites 2 Cups Veg 2 cups Oatmeal
SN 50 gr Protien Isolate 40 Almonds unsalted Roasted
LN 3 Cups Green Salad 2 Chicken Breast 1 Yam
SN 375 gr Cottage Cheese 1 Cup Blueberries
Workout
PW 50 Grams Protien Isolate 50 Grams Waxy Maize
DN 12 Ounce Steak 2 Cups Veg 1 Cup Quinoa
SN 1 Cup Greek Yogurt 1 Cup Granola
Pretty much religeosly every day.
Started Cycle this week for 10 weeks
Week 1
80 MG Anavar ED, 250 MG Test Cyp Every three days
Week 2-4 same
Week 5
100 MG Anavar ED, 375MG Test Cyp Every Three days
Week 6
same as week 5
Week 7
80 Mg Anavar ED, 250 MG Test Cyp Every Three Days
Week 8 same
Week 9
250 MG Test Cyp Every three days, 1 Arimidex every 2 days
Week 10
same
Week 11/12
1 Arimidex every day
Goal is to be around 230 lbs and 10 % BF by the end, but someone suggested I stack NPP with this?
What are your thoughts and ideas to reach my goals.
