I'm 20 y/o. My goals are the same as most people; Get big, get lean. I started lifting in 8th grade for football. I was always fat. I was determined to get jacked and cut. This started my love for working out. I moved to a different school district for high school and played rugby for a year instead of football. My senior year I broke my collar bone twice and went into a deep depression after the re-brake. I lost a lot of muscle mass and gained about 25lbs of fat from drinking through my freshman year of college. Spring 07 I began to rehab the right side of my upper body. From being in a sling for eight months I lost most strength. Around summer '08 I considered myself 90% rehabilitated to where I was before the break.

Now my goals are slightly different. Bigger, Stronger, Faster. I want to make a D1 football team. I would like to do it without illegal steroids. So this is the beginning of my story.

I am 5'11". 198 lbs. Around 12-14 percent body fat. I have no idea how fast my forty is. My goal is to be 225, around 6 percent body fat in about one year. Is it even humanly possible? I don't know. I'm not trying to research it to find out. I want to see how close I get to it.

I eat great, and hardly harm my body. I am well disciplined and highly motivated and dedicated.
