im 6'3 210 and looking to start a cycle of anavar and test e this is my first time im looking for input my plan is

6 week cycle of anavar at 40mg e.d. and test 1000mg a week
pct nolvadex 40mg a day week 1
30mg a day week 2
20mg a day week 3
and 10 mg a day week 4

looking forward to responses and is that enough for pct and what kind of results ill be seeing thank you
