    I am 30 yrs old , 6 ft 3in, 218 pounds. I am new here and have been doing push ups, sit ups and curling 35 pound dumbbells for the last 3 years nothing big. In the last 3 months I have been more serious about lifting I have purchased a cable machine and a treed mill along with a curl bar and some dumbbells for home use.
