train wiht a cup and don't worry about it.
are you training as the punched or the puncher?
better question that i didn't ask...are you talking about competitive fighting or just some stewpid street brawl thing?
Getting punched. I saw a video w/ a shaolin monk pulling a boulder through an empty field by a rope from backbetween his legs tied around his "goodfellas" ...
I don't have a good place to train that way though.

hate to be the bringer of bad tidings but IMO ANYONE who gets punched hard in the groin (if they have testicles) is going to be in a lot of pain and no ammount of training will help.

How do i train for an eye gouge. Im thinking i might stab myself in the eye with a pencil a few times a day.
To be serious in sparring anything can happen, even wearing a cup i got kicked in the groin and it hurts like hell too.

the best way to toughen up your balls is to have someone repeapedly punch or kick you in the nuts for at least 1 hour each day. dragging heavy objects that are attached to your nuts is another excellent training method. also you can hold a lighter under you sack for 10-20 seconds at a time to toughen up the scrotumQuote:

Well when you start a thread about training for stronger testicles you seriously expect to get answers. I've been having someone lightly tap my balls w/ training pads. It hurst, but i've noticed that they'll automatically lift away.. the sack gets extremely tight and it's hard to give them a good Hoowhaackinnn!
