Eating 400g of protein, HOW!?
I've noticed many people on this site (and people who "bodybuild" in general) claim they eat x amount of grams of protein a day.
What I don't understand is, how is it possible to get in say 350-400g protein per day, without resorting to protein shakes alongside every meal?
Say you eat 5-6 meals a day (a typical bodybuilder), you have to be eating 66g of protein at each meal (to eat 400g a day across 6 meals). How can you possibly consume that much protein EVERY day!? I really am curious.
