8 egg whites 2 with yoke with cheese slices
2 Muffins
1 cup of Milk
Snack Time
1 Hero Sandwich(3 slices of meat of my choice, 2 slices of cheese)
1 Cup of Milk
Lunch
1 Footlong sub(Double Steak and full of veggies)
1 Banana
2 Cups of Strawberry Yogart
Snack Time
1 Peanut butter sandwich
1 Serving of baby carrots
Supper
1 8oz Chicken
1 Baked potatao
1 Serving of Fruit
Before bed
1 Serving of Cottage Cheese
Usually I drink a fair amount of water too and take Vitamin C with my Multivitamin
