Skim milk has a gi value of 32 and no saturated fat. Why is it bad for cutting?
I'm not trying to argue. I know the OP asked for your advice. I'm really just looking for an answer. It does have 12 grams of sugar, but I thought that the main problem with sugars is high gi, so if milk is low gi, sugars don't really matter.
