My appetite was terrible the last few days. But yesterday and today I have had a voracious appetite. It’s only 1pm and I’ve eaten over 2k calories today. Chicken , oatmeal, rice, milk, more chicken for lunch.
I’m not sure about yesterday cuz I wasn’t tracking it but I can give you today.
Breakfast-3 packets instant oatmeal, 2 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, and a cup of whole milk.
Snack-breakfast sandwich(English muffin with bacon, 2 eggs, sausage patty, cheese) with small shake of milk, half a scoop of whey, and 3/4 ground oats.
Lunch- 8 oz chicken breast with 1.5 cups rice.
After this point I sat in a moving truck for 4 hours picking shit up from different stores in my district for work. So I didn’t eat during that time cuz I didn’t bring the rest of my lunch with me.
Dinner-wife and I went out to eat. Apetizer of 6 dumplings with edamame then I got a big plate of sesame chicken with rice. No idea the nutrition facts on that shit but I was really stuffed.
Before I go to bed I will eat one more smaller meal probably left over Chinese. Then i might do another small shake with oats and a little scoop of protein.

Up around 8lbs already. Gear would say it’s glycogen loading and super osmotic compensation and all that. All I know is I look fuller already!

It’s been 8 days since the first shot. I will be doing 2 shots a week on Tuesday and Friday. So far I’m up 9 lbs. I’ve been crushing it in the gym. It feels amazing in the gym. Pumps are awesome and strength up significantly as well.
Side effects-my skin has gotten a little oily and I’ve had a couple little pimples. Nothing major but I am gonna start washin my face twice a day.
As a side note I am not using an AI. I want to see how my body reacts to elevated estrogen. I don’t want to hinder my gains by running and AI unnecessarily.
Pip hasn’t been much of an issue. When I inject on my right glute(w/5ml 1” 25 gauge syringe. I ordered 3ml but they sent 5ml) there’s almost no pip. When I inject on my left I have had some pip. I think it’s due to me moving the needle when it’s in my glute. It’s much harder to use my left hand than my right. I’m alternating right then left butt cheek each shot.
When my skin starts to get oily I hit may face with an alcohol pad a few times a day, seems to help dry it out a bit.

FG, what kind of workouts are you doing buddy?
I’m doing push pull legs with a 4th day for shoulders and usually one other body part like biceps or whatever I feel like I’m lagging on. I just can’t get shoulders to fit with the push workout. Depending on the day I do between 12-15ish sets per workout. Usually I will choose one body part to focus on. Example- First push workout will focus on chest, next push focus on tris, etc for each workout. I usually do between 4-6 different lifts for each workout.
I’m always open for suggestions. I don’t feel like my training is optimized for sure. But since I started lifting again in August I’ve gained 20lbs so it must be working. But again any thoughts or suggestions are welcome
I was never fond of all the programs and types of push pull scenarios.
I pick 6 exersises for that certain muscle group and perform 5 sets of each exercise.
