LOG: pre-contest bulk cycle, bringing legs up par with MGF (and other goodies)
i'm doing a show in april 8th 2007. but i def need to bring my legs up as they lag big time :( so i'm gonna start an MGF experiment.
some info on me:
age: 32
height: 183cm. (6.0)
weight: 111kg (244lbs)
bf%: around 10%
last contest was may 2004 (gonna include a pic so you all can see how horrible my legs are). contest weight back then was 94.5kg (208lbs)
on hgh non-stop since last year at varying doses between 2-6iu. bumped it up to 8iu 5/2 since 3 weeks, using hygetropin wich seem to be great.
started insulin also 3 weeks ago at around 10-15iu pwo 5/2. gonna continue the insulin untill diet starts wich wil me half januari.
using t4 at 100mcg ed.
aas: am year round on 250mg test-e. started my bulking cycle 5 days ago.
500mg sustanon eod
100mg adrol ed (6 weeks)
500mg EQ ew (frontloaded at 1250mg)
1mg arimidex eod
b12 @ 1000mcg ed wich should keep my appetite up in conjunction with the EQ.
MGF/LR3
ok now for the experiment,
as said legs need work, and alot. its not that i did'nt give them attention but they are just lagging. they got strenght but no size. so here is my plan:
gonna work them out twice a week, tuesday and friday. pwo i'm gonna shoot 125mcg MGF and 50mcg LR3 in each quad. so that makes a total of 500mcg MGf and 200mcg LR3 a week. i've got 5 vials in my fridge so its gonna be a 10 week experiment (right up to my diet). gonna switch to shooting in the outer head of my quad on one day and in the tear drop the other day.
i will take weekly pics and measurements to see if there is any progress.
