insulin first time user?
ive been using steroids for well over 2 years now. always do my pct, take breaks. my nutrition is good, over 5000calories, 300gram protein, 450gram carbs. train 3 days a week minimum. im 235lbs 22 years old, 6ft2 bf 9%.
been training with weights since i was 18-19
ive been reading alot about insulin and its effects, how to use, when to use, what to consume with after, before, etc. i want to up my game, i want to start competing and moving forward, im not the richest person in the world and supplements, food and gear can be expensive. insulin is very cheap and very anabolic compound so ive been considering using it. is it a safe compound to use throughout cycles and even throughout pct and rest? my concern is lasting the distance.

re:
I'm getting ready to start using insulin for the first time as well. From what I've read you want to cycle it every 4 weeks......4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.
