took the plunge today, started at 4iu's fast acting slin.
starting weight 209lbs
also on 250pw sust (trt) and 1iu hgh
took a shot directly after chest session, waited 10mins and had 380ml lucozade, 10mins after that had 50grs whey and 3/4 cup of oats, 1hr later had 8oz lean steak and noodles.
no sides to report at all, plan to do 4iu's 2moro and then 6iu's for 2days and so on up to 10iu's
NB, i wont be pushing shoulders and chest too hard for afew weeks due to feeling my way in after rotator cuff injury, will however be thrashing everything else.
