    How to know if sub q injection was done right?

    How do you know if your sub q injection was done properly. I mean what if you do not inject directly into the fat and it goes below the fat. I think I am doing them right, but not sure. If it's not directly injected into fat will it still absorb into the body properly.... Or would it be just like I am wasting it?

    In the fat or under the fat, it's about the same. As long as the HGH is in the body you're good to go.

    What size of insulin syringe do you use?
    Are you pinching up a little fold of skin to inject into?

    No way to mess up a subq, just punch and shoot, even if you hit muscle results are the same.
