    Timing for HGH and Peptides

    Currently running 3iu pharm gh apon waking and 3iu pharm gh right before bed.

    Looking to introduct Mod GRF 1-29 100mcg and ipamorelin 100mg 2 to 3 times per day.

    What are you opinions on the best timing protocols for there around my current HGH?

    Also timing in relation to food?

    How about taking my 6iu apon waking and my peptides before bed, would this be a better option?

    Wouldn't taking your gh before bed stop your own production of gh
    I would say 3iu am and 3 ius post workout/ later on on day

    pin your peps upon waking and within 10-15 min pin 2iu of gh then dont eat for an hour (unless your using insulin )
    do this 3 times a day works great
    the peps when injected will cause a natural gh release so when you pin your rHgh 10-15 min later your body cant tell the diference and sees it as one big pulse therefore not impeding your natty gh

    If you have legit pharm grade HGH, and are taking the dose you say you are, I'd suggest skipping the peps which will only have a marginal impact on overall HGH availability yet probably cost you over $200/mo.

    And if you can easily afford the peps, why not just bump up the legit pharm grade HGH to a slightly higher dose?

    All this mixing and matching doesn't make much sense to me
