    How high is your IGF-1 on HGH?

    I ask because my natty IGF levels are 350+. I know this isn't healthy. I read that healthy levels are around 150. I can't do shit about it, but wondering for guys who take HGH what levels they get to?

    My natural IGF-1 is over 200, which is the top of the range for my age group. Your IGF-1 range is dependent on how old you are.

    ~2iu of GH puts me in the mid 400s.

    I believe I've read that your igf-1 levels will also depend on how well your liver is functioning.
