    meniscus

I have beginning arthritis and meniscus in my knee. I use a constant low dose of testosterone .
will adding Hgh or bpc 157 help?
Hgh and Bpc 157 is so expensive that it should produce good effects in the long term.
will it help and increase the dose of testosterone as well?
    use 250mg a week.

Neither will hurt, but I do not believe either will reverse arthritis. It is unclear what you mean by "meniscus". Do you mean it is torn?

The meniscus is probably not completely torn, but has suffered some tears or damage.
I can walk fine, but struggle with work and strength training.
I probably won't reverse the arthose, but hope the knee gets better faster and stays better with Bpc 157 than nothing.
Hgh will probably also help. ?

No, I don't think GH will be the answer. First you need to have the knees evaluated and find out out severe the tear is ( if it is torn).

I've known guys with minor tears that did well supervised physical therapy. I've also known guys that had to undergo arthroscopic surgery for a proper repair.

    You should have it evaluated.

I agree with Cuz and Almostgone. You need somebody to look at your knee. Until you get it seen, I think you probably should rest your leg and not make it worse than it already is. Maybe take some Aleve or Advil. But make an appointment tomorrow to get looked at. As of right now, you don't know what's wrong with it. It can be something minor enough that a couple weeks a rest will fix it to something as bad as you needing surgery to correct it. But nobody on here is in a position to help make a diagnosis and treatment for it.

OP, I had both a torn meniscus and a fractured femoral condyle. Nothing was miraculous but I believe the condyle healed, and the meniscus doesn't bother me too much now. In retrospect, the majority of the pain I had at the time of initial injury was likely from the condyle.

Note also that while the meniscus can heal in some rare cases, it usually does not. My ortho wanted to take it out, I wanted to give the peps a chance.

In short, I rate peptides "minorly effective but not miraculous" for healing these types of injuries. Though note that I did not have HGH in the mix at the time, I might think differently if I had.

X-rays for the arthritic changes. however sometimes they don’t always match the effects on function and/or pain. That said, nothing will affect the health/healing of the cartilage degeneration leading to arthritis except moderation of the level of activity.

Get an MRI to diagnose a possible meniscal tear. That said, nothing will affect the health/healing of meniscal damage.

Possible pain relief with peptides is another story. I personally don’t recommend covering up pain so that you can do an exercise though. The pain is there to inform you of an issue.

Wise words. Extra painful to look back and realize how many kilos of kratom often are utilized before many of us testosterone driven bozos go under the knife.
