shoulder stretches

Right now both of my shoulders are messed up. The left one, I can bring to above my head slowly, but when I reach the peak it just rushes in with excrutiating pain. The right one I can do everything with, but it just hurts. I have a history with them. I tore the ligament between shoulder and collar bone on my left shoulder, and seperated it. The right, I cant remember what they said, this was all in High School and havent seen anyone about them.

I used to have like 2 sheets of stretches and therapy for them, with rubber bands and what not. Does anyone know a site that has a lot of them, I remember some, but not all. Doc?
