So I was at the gym today, seated on an Inclined Bench doing Bicep Curls with Dumbbells... Anyways, I was in the middle of my set and when I brought them to the bottom I got the strangest feeling in my right tricep. When I hang them that low I get a really good stretch usually, but this time it was strange. All I can compare it to is when your arm falls asleep and that feeling of blood rushing back into it when you move it... It felt like blood was rushing through my Tricep... I didn't have any pain, and now my right tricep just feels a little extra tired and I'm just wondering wtf happened? I thought I may have bursted a blood vessel but I see no bruising... Any info on what this may be would be highly appreciated.
