    Angry Shoulder questions

    Hi guys, on some workout days i feel pain in my shoulder, a deep proprioreceptive type, def. not hypertrophy, its not serious yet as it is fine for back workout next day.
    My question is if i go to lighter weights ill drop some mass, but i really want to incorporate some rotator cuff exercises into my shoulder day, i have some options,

    1.) do some cuff exercises everyday minor after my actual workout
    2.) Decrease weights for shoulder and do cuff exercises w/shoulder day
    3.) Keep going heavy just drop some reps and do cuff exercises.

    Can some1 plz guide me, i dont want this to get so my shoulders sore for up to 1-2 days , atm its just a few hours, .

    p.s. im 23 years old, is it to young for me to use chondroitin supps. cuz theyre really cheap here

    Glucosamine/chondroitin would be good, couldn't hurt. I have a very similar nagging shoulder injury (similar to yours) and have switched to dumbbells on chest and shoulders as well as icing my shoulder after my workouts.

    Would cissus help the op?

    My question is what would be better for the OP: Glucosamine/chondroitin or cissus?

    all i can say is that i have taken these with no benefit, he would probably be better served changing his routine,like was mentioned above substitute barbell with dumbbells,i have some shoulder pain as well with military presses,the more weight i use the more pain i have so i started doing side laterals and upright rows first so shoulders are pre-exhausted then i do presses then again sometimes i drop the presses all together

    I just ordered some primaforce, I hope it does the trick. Did you notice a difference among brands?

    neither 1 did anything for me bro but i have seen where people said they did get benefit but for me nothing and when i took it i took 2-3x the dose.
