    Torn Long Thoracic, ripped joint

Last year I tore my long thoracic nerve and was out of training for 7 months came back got all my former weight and strength back in three months then I tore the joint connecting my big toe to the rest of my foot. I've been off that injury for two months and still haven't gained my weight and strength back despite a five day split. working as hard as I can to gain my former strength back and then some.

If anyone had any good work out programs or tips that have brought personal success that would be great.
