I'm in physical therapy.
I've been told I have a good start in rehab. I'm just glad that my cast is off and I've been cleared to lift no more than ten pounds. I been told that it will take a year for the bones to grow back to as hard as it suppose to be and I will continue to have swelling around my wrist off and on for about a year. My right hand is only one third the strength of my left hand grip. I'll pratice Ninjutsu patterns by self taught and learn free fighting without having a training buddy system.
I'll never go back to a Dojo again. If you know martial arts like me you can cause knuckles to shatter and cause multiple breaks in every wrist bone and multiple breaks in the arm that will heal itself, but some injuries need surgery. I'm better off using wresting instead of martial arts since I have had so many multiple breakages in my bones from hitting cops and thugs in the streets when I was young. If you punch like a rubber band effect with acceleration instead of putting muscle behind it then you have a good chance on breaking your own bones. I'm not going into a dojo again and not practicing some moves. I'm never hitting anything ever again unless I want to get my hand fused.
I'm glad that My Anadrol made it past customs, but I realize something that strong is a cycle that I can't do for about a year from now to prevent injury. It takes a year for bones to go back to being as hard, but until then the healed bones are prone for rebreaking, so thats why my wanna be cycle is on hold and especially Anadrol. I'm gonna jog now for four miles and light lifting ten pounds, Ill have to do with a brace on according to my physical therapists, I'll have to wear a brace while lifting no more than ten pounds by two hands or just five pounds with one hand. Pain and weakness sucks bad, but I been injured before and had two hernias with several surgeries, but only two surgeries on bones. Luckily I had a mesh put in for my second hernia and that prevented a third hernia, but that still hurt like hell and the ripped muscles took three months to heal on it's own. I got my last hernia when I was young by having police take me somewhere during a major blackout and did not feel the beating until the next day. Drinking sucks unless it's done in moderation. I have bad athritis in my wrist and most was caused from being young and fighting the cops. I did a lot of stupid shit when I was young and fighting was one of the stupid stuff.Last edited by Iblackhat; 12-24-2009 at 12:31 AM.
