HGH to treat ligament damage
3 years ago I tore my LCL and sprained my ACL in rugby due to stress (overweight - overtraining). I went to a specialist who recommended that I do surgery. My sister had a similar surgery before I injured mine, a surgery that I would classify as unsuccessful. Instead I went to physio and then to a trainer to work on my lower body and lost some weight.
Once in a while Ill feel some weakness in the knee, Im still on a downward trend weight wise. I have rugby season comming up and want to move back up to the competitive side.
I have read that HGH has been proven to be successful in treating ligament damage. I have read there is no repairing ligament damage and the whole stretched elastic thing a million times. I also remember reading about some famous athletes using HGH to treat ligament damage.
What are your opinions on this?

So far so good, they seem to be doing what they’re supposed to.
