Elbow pain after Bicep workouts
Hey guys, Ive been getting pains in my elbows so i didn't do Bi's till the pain went away, now today i do Bi's and i get pains...this sucks bc i cant lift hard this way and i don't want to be cutting for ever by going light
Joint Juice doesn't work for me

my elbows used to bother me if I curl with a straight bar, with a curl bar I was ok.

Whenever I get pain I use dumbells. They always feels easier on the joints and tendons for me.

The wisest choice would be seek the proper medical/chiropractic attention in your area for professional advice. In the meantime, lay off the movements that aggravate the elbow.

all 3 of you have good advice, i have found if i use a straight bar i get the pain...but one of my buddies said its bc its been 3 months since i had my last shot that i mentally think i can throw the same weight but i need to be careful because physically i cant..like i use to.
