got results back yesterday from MRI 40% Tendon Tear left shoulder going to orthro for connsult next week. injury is more than a month old had to wait for insurance to ok MRI stupid insurance. Any one have this problem? did you have surgery other therpy? Success?

Currently can not do any upper body work can not even squat since I can not get my arm up to steady the bar with out pain.

Thinking about do legs only two day a week leg press hack squat etc.

this sucks any input
